When you choose our EDI services, you can now access an online portal to view your EDI activity. From looking at the status of all of your claims to viewing the volume of patient correspondence over time, our portal has it all.

Dashboards on each EDI service page indicate how your location(s) are doing.

  1. What is the URL for the portal?


  2. How can I request access to the portal?

    Access must be requested by logging a "HELP" call.

  3. What can I view on the portal?

    There are four main pages – Home, Claims, Statements, and Voice Reminders. Each page shows the overview of activity within that service except for the Home page. The Home page provides graphical representations of all active EDI services.

  4. Can I use this portal regardless of what QSI product I am using?

    Any client that is using our EDI services can use this portal.

  5. What kind of support can I expect?

    The EDI and Customer Support teams are available to assist customers in using the portal and their EDI services in general. The EDI and Customer Support teams can be granted special access to customer accounts as necessary.

  6. If I correct a claim inside the portal, is that claim automatically corrected in my system?

    No. Clients must adjust claims inside of their system (either UNIX or QSIDental Web) in addition to addressing it inside of the portal.
